Write your own personal growth blog here
This page is for anybody who would like to keep a diary or a blog that details their thoughts, actions and progress, in a public forum that means they are accountable for what they say and what they do.
In my experience there is something very powerful about taking the time to explore your old beliefs and gently break them apart to reveal the fact that they are so often out of date and usually quite disruptive. Anonymously or with your real name you can begin to document your challenges and become fully accountable for your actions and becoming the person you want to be.
You can blog about any aspect of your life and your own personal growth, these blog pages are very powerful for recording attitudes towards:
♦ Weight loss, slimming and attitudes to food diaries
♦ Stopping drinking or drinking less alcohol
♦ Overcoming anxiety and finding more calmness
♦ Exploring your relationship with OCD
Make your goals & actions visible and accountable
Just contact me if you want to have your own page on my website so you can capture your thoughts and feelings as you lose weight and take control of your weight. By writing about your slimming and telling your friends where they can read about your progress you make yourself far more accountable for what you do. It’s free, give it a try.
FAQ about my self awareness blog pages
Is this a free service?
Initially for the first people to subscribe it will always be free, I may charge a small fee in the future for new members.
Why should I do this?
By documenting your weight loss progress and encouraging your friends and family to support you by reading your thoughts about losing weight, it will make you more accountable for your actions.
By taking time to explore your feelings and attitudes to food you may well uncover old out dated beliefs and unhelpful strategies.
If what you have been trying in the past didn’t work, this is something new.
There is something very therapeutic about revealing you emotions, fears, anxieties and worries to the world.
Do I need to publish my name?
I would encourage you to, however, you may want to start off with just your first name until you feel comfortable.
Is this only about weight loss?
Not at all. You are welcome to explore your thoughts and feelings about all aspects of your life. Overcoming anxiety and OCD, attitudes to drinking alcohol, lifting yourself out of depression, developing your relationships etc.
Do I need to tell my friends and family?
I would encourage you to do this too. Being accountable is what this is all about, most people find that their friends are incredibly supported and interested in how you are doing.
How does it work?
You contact me and ask for a page, I setup your blog page and email you with a login name and password, you begin to write your in a format called Word-press (very easy) then you send the link details to all your friends.
